These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Remote Hunters RPO’s website and services.

1. Scope of Services

Remote Hunters RPO provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services including:

- Offshore recruiter sourcing and placement

- End-to-end recruitment support and team management

- On-demand recruiter projects

All services are governed by a written agreement or project proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Provide accurate hiring-related information

- Maintain timely communication and feedback

- Follow payment terms as outlined in invoices

- Ensure legal compliance in their jurisdiction

3. Payments and Refunds

- All payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated

- Late payments may result in service delays or termination

- Refunds are not guaranteed once sourcing or services have begun

- For placement packages, Remote Hunters RPO may offer candidate replacements per agreement

4. Ownership and Use

All branded materials, recruiter profiles, tools, and reports remain the intellectual property of Remote Hunters RPO unless explicitly transferred.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client and candidate data as confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose sensitive or proprietary information to third parties.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice per terms in the agreement. All pending invoices must be paid before offboarding.

7. Website Use

Users may not:

- Misuse our website or attempt to hack, damage, or reverse-engineer systems

- Copy or scrape content without permission

- Post spam, abuse, or misleading content through forms

8. Third-Party Tools

Our website and services may link to or integrate tools like Calendly, WhatsApp, Stripe, Go High Level, or payment processors. We are not responsible for the content or policies of third-party sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

Remote Hunters RPO is not liable for:

- Hiring results or candidate behavior after placement

- Missed business opportunities, data loss, or system outages

- Client errors, misuse of candidate info, or hiring decisions

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines unless stated otherwise in your signed contract.
